Greetings,
Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter from the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44102271) and the date (4/6/1444 AH), in which it is indicated that the Federation received the letter from the General Authority for Transport No. (5355/44/1) and the date (1/6/1444), Regarding the decision of His Excellency the Minister of Transport and Logistics No. (448) dated (3/24/1444 AH) approving the regulations regulating the activity of international passenger transport by buses, as the above-mentioned regulations were published in Umm Al-Qura newspaper on (5/8/1444 AH) corresponding to ( 2/12/2022 AD), and it will enter into force starting from the date (10/8/1444 AH) Corresponding to (3/2/2023 AD), in implementation of the requirements of Article No. (47) of the aforementioned bylaw, which stipulates that "these bylaws shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force after ninety days from the date of their publication." The authority wishes to inform the establishments licensed to practice the activity of transporting and deporting passengers by buses outside the Kingdom of the issuance of the regulations regulating the activity of international transport of passengers by buses, and it will enter into force starting from the date (10/8/1444 AH) corresponding to (2/3/2023 AD).
